While you prepare a brief
Photos are stored in this browser's local database on this device. Names, captions and your chosen look are saved locally too. They are not sent to a portrait service just because you selected or edited them. Avoid using shared devices for private photos.
Saved drafts
Drafts have a seven-day local expiry and are removed when you next return after that expiry. This is not a background deletion service. You can use Delete draft in the portrait builder, delete your gift brief on the gift page, or clear this site's browser data at any time. Browser storage is not an account backup and may be cleared by your browser.
If generation becomes available
Generation is currently paused. Before requesting a future portrait you must confirm you have permission to use all submitted photos and the people shown. A generation request sends prepared, cropped photo references to PrintMe's server and its OpenAI image provider to make the requested portrait. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos you do not have permission to use.
Previews and originals
Future generated originals are designed to be stored privately. Free previews are watermarked; an unwatermarked download requires a verified paid entitlement. No portrait purchases or original downloads are currently offered. Retention and deletion rules for generated portraits will be shown before the service opens.
What we measure
Basic activity such as the selected style, page category and whether a draft was saved helps improve the experience. Photo files, image addresses, subject names, captions and personal gift messages are excluded from these analytics. No customer photos are used in our public examples.

Email support@printme.ai. For a draft that exists only in your browser, use Delete draft on that device; we cannot retrieve it by email.
